If telemedicine, you must be located at the time of the appointment in a state that Dr Harkin is licensed in. This currently includes CA, NY, and FL.

Once you book your appointment and submit your payment information, you will receive an email from us with further instructions to log into our Patient Portal to complete the pre-visit questionnaires and upload any prior relevant testing.
